Forward Domain

If you maintain a site and wish its visitors to find you both with the actual name of your site and with one or more additional names, you can use the "Forward Domain" service. With this service you define a domain of yours to display a site of your choice when a visitor types it into a web browser.

DNS Zone

If you have a machine on which you host your domains and which does not have its own DNS, then you can use this service to create the corresponding DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, etc.) so that your domain "displays" in the ip of the specific machine. Additionally, after creating the zone, you can edit it to change the dns records where and if needed, or add additional records.

Under Construction

For each domain that is in IpHost as a registrar, there is the possibility of activating an Under Construction page which appears when the visitor types the corresponding domain in the browser. Choose any of the graphics we offer, created exclusively by our designers, in the color you like and activate your page! Choose from a variety of colors and enter your contact details if you wish.

Google Records

Want to use Google Cloud services but don't have an active DNS? Transfer or register your domain to IpHost and create Google DNS Records quickly and easily! If you already have your domain in IpHost, you can register the necessary Google DNS Records directly through the list of your domains in your account in the IpHost system by clicking on the domain. Then select Create / Manage DNS Zone and select the Google DNS Records checkbox. In the IP field enter a random ip if you don't have a specific one you want to declare at the moment.

The corresponding For Sale page with your selected graphic and contact information will be uploaded online stating that your domain is available for sale. A domain name is the address users type into their browser to visit a website, such as iphost.net. It is the unique name that identifies a website on the internet.

The endings are divided into three categories:

  • gTLDs (general)
  • ccTLDs (country code)
  • new gTLDs

The registration of a domain name can last from 1 to 10 years, depending on the chosen TLD. The minimum registration period is usually 1 year, with some exceptions, such as .gr domains, which have a minimum registration and renewal period of 2 years.
