For each domain you manage via our system, the Forward Domain service is provided for free. With this service you can redirect (forward) your domain to the website you want.

How it works

If you have a website and you wish your visitors to be able to find you with the website’s original name and with other names, as well, you can use this service. With “Forward Domain” service, you define your domain to show the website of your choice when a visitor types it into a web browser.

Forwarding Types

There are two kinds of url forwarding:
Frame Forward: Your domain is forwarded without being replaced on web browser with the specified URL.
Standard Forward: Your domain is forwarded but it is replaced on web browser with the specified URL.

Note:

For this service to work, you need to declare dns fwd1.iphost.gr and fwd2.iphost.gr to your domain through “My Domains” option available in your IpHost account.
